4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

Access to Inscriptive.ai's full features requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store complete payment information on our servers.

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS

All content generated through Inscriptive.ai is owned by you, the user. You retain all rights to content created using our platform. Inscriptive.ai does not claim ownership of any content generated by users through our services.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are solely responsible for all content created, generated, or produced using our services. Inscriptive.ai is not liable for any content created by users, including but not limited to any claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or other legal violations arising from user-generated content.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use Inscriptive.ai for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to creating content that:
- Infringes upon intellectual property rights
- Contains harmful or malicious code
- Promotes harassment, hate speech, or violence
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
